Mrs Bobbi-Jo Minton - Keyworker

Hi, I'm Mrs Minton, I am a qualified Early Years Practitioner with 15 years child care experience. I have also specialised in SEND and have worked closely with children with a range of additional needs. I love my job and couldn't imagine myself in any other role. I feel that seeing  children develop and thrive is the most rewarding job in the world. I am always thinking of ways to make the nursery environment better and of different ways to support children with their individual needs. I love supporting children with confidence building and self esteem as I feel these are key skills for their futures.
